Hi, my name is Mr. Shamblin!  I am a 3-time alumnus of Cleveland State University with my Bachelor, Master's, and Educational Specialist Degrees.  I have my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (Licensed in Grades 1-8), Master's Degree in Educational Technology (Licensed in Grades K-12 Computer / Technology K-12), and an Educational Specialist Degree in Administration.  I continued to take additional coursework at Cleveland State and worked on and received additional endorsements in, Reading K-12, Gifted Interventional Specialist K-12, and Administration (Curriculum, Instruction and Professional Development, Principal Pre-K-9, and Superintendent).

I spent six years working within the Cleveland Catholic Diocese as a computer teacher and started out as a fourth-grade teacher.  I also spent time working on various internships in technology throughout my experiences.  My public-school experiences including computer teaching, working in various elementary and gifted intervention specialist short-long term assignments throughout the last few years with various districts. I gained experiences with inclusion settings, co-teaching, team teaching, cross-curricular teaching, Response to Intervention, frequent progress monitoring, analyzing data to drive individualized differentiated instruction and much more.  During the 2021-2023 school years, I had been an Achievement Tutor / Reading Teacher at North Elementary (Grades K-2) with the Midview Local Schools.  I had worked closely with the entire staff to help strengthen student achievement and to help guide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports.  This has helped support the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral competence of all students.
